We are seeking a regenerative farmer who is experienced in or passionate about applying sustainable farming practices that regenerate the land and build soil health over time. The ideal partner will have experience in at least one of the following:

  • Agroforestry/Silvopasture: Establishing systems that integrate trees, livestock, and crops to create a diverse, productive, and ecologically sustainable farm.
  • Holistic Grazing: Implementing intensive rotational grazing/managed grazing/total grazing/mob Grazing to improve pasture health, enhance biodiversity, and sequester carbon.
  • Permaculture & No-Till Practices: Designing systems that minimize soil disturbance, conserve water, and support biodiversity through permanent ground cover, perennial crops, and integrated water management techniques.
  • Diversified Crop & Livestock Systems: Including mixed vegetables, grains, fruits, livestock, or other regenerative farming practices to create a diversified farm income.

The ideal partner will have a vision for operating a farm enterprise independently or in partnership while committing to the long-term ecological health of the land.

Located just north of Cottage Grove, the 80 acre farm is currently operating a calf/cow enterprise and direct marketed grass-fed beef. In addition to  growing the following enterprises into production;

  • Hair sheep for meat production
  • Pasture poultry/Egg-layers
  • Mushroom Logs for edible mushroom production
  • Market Style Vegetable production
  • Fruit/Nut Orchards

To add partners to the land base to implement additional farm enterprises.

To create a farm with multiple operators utilizing the same land base to regenerate the land while producing a diverse range of products year-round.
