We are new to agricultural leasing and are looking for a respectful, collaborative relationship with a farmer or livestock producer. We understand that any arrangement will need to be tailored to the needs of both parties, and we are open to discussing creative solutions that benefit everyone involved.
Clear communication, honesty, and mutual respect are important to us. Because our family lives on the property and we have young children, safety is a high priority. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working around an occupied homesite, is mindful of children who may be present near the house and front acreage, and is willing to establish clear boundaries and expectations regarding access, equipment use, and livestock management.
We value stewardship of the land and hope to find a partner who shares that commitment. We are excited to learn from someone with agricultural experience and work together to create an arrangement that supports both the farmer's goals and our family's needs.
To contact a land holder, you must first fill out a land seeker profile and have it approved by our staff. Thank you.
