For Lease: 5 – 40+ Acres outside Silverton. Oregon

We are a 100-year-old farm with 5 to 40+ acres available for dry farming, ideal for organic hay production for horses and/or dairy.  Would also consider livestock grazing, but lessor must provide fencing and work with owner to maintain access.

Owner currently has competition horses with some small livestock. Would be interested in sharing some space and farm buildings for raising a few fiber animals and organic meat. Housing available for the right applicant.

There is also a very good area for a large market garden (2-3 acres) that can be irrigated from the year round spring fed farm pond.

Potential match would need to have some working knowledge of farming and an understanding of the intense hours required to maintain a working farm.

In addition to being a working farm, we also offer farm stays and high end vacation rentals on the property.

Please Note: Any potential lessor must aware that the aesthetics of the garden and surrounding property are important to the overall look of the property. And safety and cleanliness are paramount!

Owner’s Short Term Vision for the Property
