For Lease: 3 Acres in Washington County

Description

We are looking for someone who wants to make a small vineyard or winery out of 3 to 10 acres we have on our property. We are located 15-20 minutes outside of Portland proper in the North Plains area. We are less than 5 minutes off the highway with a total of about 25 – 30 acres. A decent portion of the land floods leaving only the roughly 3 acres of sloped land to grow on. We wouldn’t be apposed to planting more than the 3 acres if possible, we are not farmers and don’t know what can/cannot be done as far as the flooding goes or what crops would survive that type of flooding.
