For Lease: 2Acres in Hillsboro in Washington County

We have 2-3 acres of available land. We are currently just growing field grass that we keep mowed and/or we have our goats graze.  Acreage is on a slight incline.  We are located near the top of Bald Peak.  Surrounding properties grow lavender, hazelnuts, grape vines, apple trees etc.

We currently use the rest of the property (an additional 3 acres) to raise our own personal organic (not certified) vegetable garden.  In addition we have a 30 tree apple orchard.

Owner’s Short Term Vision for the Property

I would like to see the land being used and maintained in some way. We are new to farming and raising animals and enjoy learning new things. We are very open to ideas.

Owner’s Long Term Vision for the Property

We have more land than we can manage. We believe in producing resources and distributing locally. We are looking to partner up with someone that shares these same goals.
