I have 23 secluded acres of EFU zoned farmland on the Illinois River in Cave Junction. The property was formerly used as a gravel business so the ground is hard and rocky and probably not suitable for field crops, but would be ideal for hydroponics, aquaponics, container growing or greenhouses. Property has full sun, plenty of water, electricity available, and a large barn/workshop with concrete floor. There are hookups for an RV/trailer if needed. I’m looking to lease to plant or fungus growers, not for commercial livestock.
There is a stream and numerous ponds on the property as well as frontage on the Illinois River. I’m willing to lease all or smaller 5 acre plots.
Ideally I'd like to lease to someone starting out in hydroponics, but open to other ideas.
The property is perfect for a large scale hydroponic vegetable farm.
Currently vacant
3 productive wells on the parcel as well as numerous ponds.
Ground is rocky and not suitable for field crops. This would be for container growing.
Large barn or workshop, numerous hoop house frames.
My property is a bigotry-free zone and I'll consider anyone regardless of race or orientation. Respect the land and terms and we'll get along great.
