for lease: 1 acre in Linn County

I am currently leasing a few acres of land and a wood lot and am looking for someone to help farm the land. This can be as an apprentice to me or independent of my business. I am looking for someone who would like to stay long term, but I require a full growing season as a trial. I am not able to pay someone cash, but I can offer land and equipment and a commission on goods sold for someone who helps with marketing. There is not a room available to rent on the farm, but the owner would like to build a new house. I am very flexible with the arrangements, but I need someone who can accept the reality of farming.
