We live on 2.5 acres in Hood River, OR. When we purchased the property, the southern most ~1 acre was a dirt pile. We graded it and then…didn’t know what to do with it! We hate to see the land go unused, but don’t have the vision (or the time), so we want to support someone else’s great idea! We are in farmers irrigation network, so water is easily available. No outbuildings available at this point. We would consider a greenhouse, but not looking to build a barn/ADU.
We would love to partner with a farmer looking to use the space to grow flowers, veggies, fruit, etc.
Culticate a strong working relationship where the space can flourish under someone's vision!
Not being used at all.
Farmers irrigation district
The area is zoned rural residential. We have neighbors with cows, pigs, goats; many orchards in the area
We are open to meeting any and all who are enthusiastic about cultivating the land. We will be on site, so it is very important to us to establish a strong working relationship. We are open to working with folks with any ethnic background, gender identity or sexual orientation.
To contact a land holder, you must first fill out a land seeker profile and have it approved by our staff. Thank you.
