For lease: <1 acre in Hood River

Description

We live on 2.5 acres in Hood River, OR. When we purchased the property, the southern most ~1 acre was a dirt pile. We graded it and then…didn’t know what to do with it! We hate to see the land go unused, but don’t have the vision (or the time), so we want to support someone else’s great idea! We are in farmers irrigation network, so water is easily available. No outbuildings available at this point. We would consider a greenhouse, but not looking to build a barn/ADU.
