About half of the parcel is woods and scrub and half is formerly pasture/hay, with full sun exposure, and partially fenced. Soil is comprised of Waldo Silty Clay Loam. There is a seasonal creek and shallow hand well and possible access to household water, but the property does not have water rights. On-site housing is not currently available. Terms are negotiable depending on use.
