We are looking to rent a remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath farmhouse to someone that is motivated to maintain the land and make it better for them and the people around them.  To have experience in farming that might be interested in trading labor to offset partial rental income.  Surrounding the farmhouse is 1-2 acres that would support an array of potential farming operations from vegetable gardens, poultry, or small flock of animals.  Currently the farm supports hazelnuts, blueberries, and small grain production.  So many labor intensive tasks are constantly required to support these operations along with future visions.
