Looking for someone who is wanting to lease farm land in Tillamook County. 1-10 acres available , highly fertile soil with water rights from the river. No housing available. This land is highly desirable in a no wind area of the county, with water rights and full sun. I successfully farmed this land for a few years with flowers and veg adding no chemicals ever and only chicken manure for fertilizer. Flowers on the coast are bigger and brighter, trust me! They also require less water. We do have elk so you need to be aware of that. The land is picturesque and surrounded by forest. It is breathtakenly beautiful to work. Will consider partial trade/lease.
