We have eight mostly flat acres available for lease. For the last six months the land was rotationally grazed by ten miniature cattle (an arrangement that came from Oregon Farm Link). Prior to that the field was hayed. The property is mostly fenced but our last arrangement was most successful with the farmer providing their own temporary electrical fencing. The property is gated. We do live on the property and would be best matched with someone who is respectful/mindful of that and an operation that does not require much commercial traffic.

The field is mostly full sun with some partial shade. There are an additional several acres that could be available as well.

The additional five acres that we live on host an orchard, kitchen garden, honey bees and chickens. We also have a great Dane and two sweet farm cats. We ask that no additional dogs are brought on site.

We loved our former farmers and their cows and would enjoy finding a similar match- whether you bring livestock or grow produce/flowers
