Exploring the idea of leasing land for non-tree crops


Looking for a farmer to lease 5-10 acres of East facing cleared field, 10-15 degree slope

My property is surrounded by Filberts; I’m told the soil is very good and once upon a time filberts where on my property.  I like the open view so I’m not interested in tree crops…grapes or other low height growing crop okay.

Property has a creek that flows through it; there are currently no water rights but open to working with farmer to get water rights.
