Creative Partnership wanted for farming small acreage in rural Yamhill county.

I own a 4.7 acre property with a large house, barn and fenced/cross fenced pasture ( approx. 3 acres in pasture). About 1/2 acre is in a cover crop and will be ready to plant this spring. Currently I have 3 horses, chickens, established fruit trees, and a large fenced vegetable garden in raised beds. The soil is South Yamhill river valley soil, and all practices have been done organically in the 5 years I have lived here. I am looking for a person ( or possibly a couple) who could bring their energy and knowledge to help develop this land in a sustainable direction. Experimenting with innovative farming techniques, such as dryland farming, could be done here. Water is available on the property but I do not have water rights. I am willing to consider a work exchange agreement with the right person, including housing as the house has several available bedrooms.
