We are looking for someone to lease our working commercial cranberry farm.  There are approximately 20 acres in active production.  Located in Bandon, Oregon.  Housing is on the property and not currently available, may be in the future.

Owner’s Short Term Vision for the Property

Find someone to take over day to day operations to allow current owner to retire.

Owner’s Long Term Vision for the Property

Same as short term

Actively used as a cranberry farm.

Water rights sufficient to cover current acreage.

Soil Type / Quality

Cranberry farm, sells in units of barrels, which is 100lbs of cranberries.

Buildings and Structures Available for Farm Use

Shop for storage and working. Outbuildings for storage of equipment and fertilizer.

Farm Equipment Available for Use, Sale or Lease

All necessary equipment to manage and harvest cranberry farm. Personal vehicle not included.

Any Restrictions That Could Limit Agricultural Production

Farm has already reached maximum number of farmable acres.
