7 acres in the Labish area

We have 7 acres available for use in the Labish area. Interested in having some cattle or other livestock on the property, but open to suggestions. Isn’t currently fenced, but will be completed with that by the spring. Well is not large enough for irrigation.

We greatly enjoy our property, it is quiet and private and would appreciate it continue being so. Also, we prefer to not use pesticides. Lease agreements are open for negotiation, though we are not interested in selling the land. We are a farming family, and have access to some equipment as needed, but don’t currently have any on site.
