~5 acre vineyard for lease in Benton County, Pinot Noir & Syrah, Lower Long Tom AVA

Description

Situated in the heart of the Willamette Valley in the Lower Long Tom AVA, this 4-acre vineyard in Monroe, OR offers a prime opportunity for winemaker/vineyard manager seeking to cultivate a diverse array of premium wines. Fully established for over 20 years with primarily Pinot Noir 115 clones and some Syrah, the vineyard is set in a region celebrated for its rich winemaking tradition and varied microclimates. The vineyard enjoys an ideal terroir, boasting a long growing season, abundant sunshine, and a perfect blend of warm days and cool nights, perfect for producing high-quality fruit.

We are open to negotiating to accommodate your winemaking goals. We are looking for someone willing to develop, farm, and manage the vineyard while you benefit from the grape harvest for winemaking. The lease includes water supply, use of our tractor, a fully deer-fenced and gated property, and some use of our barn, while vineyard labor is the responsibility of the lessee. Everything is in order and we are looking for someone to work with before the 2026 growing season.

This is a rare opportunity to work an established vineyard and tap into the immense potential of Oregon’s Willamette Valley wine country.

We are more interested in having the land in production than charging a lease payment.
