I’m currently in the process of revitalizing a run-down hemp farm and turning it back into a fully functional farm. We are currently irrigating about 90 acres of land; 36 acres are under pivots with orchard grass, and the remaining 54 acres are flood-irrigated with pasture grass.
We are in the process of developing a 3- to 10-year strategy for the flood-irrigated land and are considering growing vegetables on the portion of land that the pivots can’t reach. We are interested in the idea of producing local vegetables that we can sell off the road.
We are open to a variety of business models that are fair to all parties.
At this time, there is no housing available on the property, but it may be available in the future.
Restoring the land and farm to what it used to be. Keep water rights intact.
Bringing the farm back and making it a farm again that people remember it for.
