Description
5-10 acres of TID irrigated type I soil efu zoned land. Previously used for pear orchard and then orchard hay.
We were going to plant lavender/wild flowers for beehives but our full time jobs did not afford us the time to fully develop our hobby farm.
We would love for someone to take advantage of this great piece of land. A community garden project? Small scale farming? We are open to ideas.
