5-10 Acres in Bend, OR. Irrigation rights. Looking to lease and collaborate!

We are a first generation farming family with 10 acres of irrigated land in Alfalfa just east of Bend. We have grown hemp for two years but are looking to focus on food this upcoming season. We have power and water, two shipping containers and a pond.

This summer, we will be completing a small greenhouse to use for growing. A large barn with be finished by Fall 2021.

We do not currently have housing but are open to proposed housing ideas, permanent and not permanent.

We are open to cash leases and/or work/trades.

We are also open to small farm animals.

Our land has only been farmed with organic nutrients and amendments and only plan on continuing with this practice. We would love to continue to incorporate regenerative farm practices.

Open to ideas and suggestions!
