Hello! We are a 100 acre forest that runs along the Illinois River. Our property is super special and unique as we host large events here throughout the year.  We have a sweet community on the land that ranges from age 10-44. We are looking to lease our lower pond and meadow area to the right fit.  The area is about 4-6 acres and has water rights from the Illinois River.  We currently have a ton of irrigation pipes on the land that are not being used but would be a great fit for the area. The land is all southern facing with lots of sun!  There is a seasonal pond there as well.  We are looking for Farmers who want to grow organically a variety of food, flowers, hemp or even large crops like hay.  We are open!

The land would be a good fit for someone who has a trailer to stay in as we don’t have housing available.  It would also be a great fit for someone who doesn’t need to live on the land.

We just have this beautiful piece of land that has been sitting and with Covid hitting our businesses has been effected so we're looking for new ways to bring in funds and utilize the land. We are looking for Farmers for the 2021 season.
