3 acres flat land in Hillsboro for lease

We have 3 acres of flat land in Hillsboro close in. It has some trees, but not on all of it. Trees can be cleared. We have a well for irrigation but currently no pump connected to it. If you are willing to do the hard work of preparing the land to farm and getting the pump and irrigation set up, we are willing to let you farm for free for 2 years!

We are open to produce or animals. No hemp please—don’t want to live next to the smell!

We want the entire 3 acres farmed, not just a hobby garden.

Land has never been farmed to our knowledge (definitely not for the past 30 years).
