We own a total of 5+acres in Washington County, Idaho, on which 1.5 acres is our home & living areas. There are 3.5 acres of irrigated farm land available for agricultural production, divided into 3 fields; 2 fields previously used for grass hay production & 1 field has lain fallow for past 2yrs. Land may be used to pasture sheep, goats, llamas, or alpacas only–no cattle, pigs, poultry, or horses. Land is irrigated via irrigation canals available to all three fields; and our well, which is for drinking water only. We hold irrigation water rights for all property, being serviced primarily via Weiser Irrigation District and secondly from the Crank Creek Reservoir. The land soil type is loam; has electricity; has no buildings or barns for animals; some fencing and fence repair needed. We ask that only organic, biodynamic, and/or other all-natural care and maintenance, sustainable practices be utilized. Absolutely no pesticide usage. Hemp and/or marijuana production on any scale is strictly prohibited and not allowed.
