Approx 50 acres for lease

Description

I have approx 50 acres of land for lease. The 25acres of overgrown Xmas trees are for lease to harvest boughs or you can clear it to start over. The pasture, 3/4 acre pond, seasonal creek and hillside are currently being used for 10 head of shorthorn cattle and is fully fenced with a barn. No power or running water. No spray/fertilizer in the last 6 years. Possible living situation but would need to use a composting toilet and figure out electric/water.

What are you doing as a landholder to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone on your land and in your community?

Nothing. Nobody gets special treatment. I welcome everyone and treat them the same in the beginning. I judge the individual by their character once I get to know them.
