Looking for a passionate flower or vegetable/herb farmer to cultivate this space. Nearly two acres of fully fenced, flat land. Formerly used to graze horses. Not sprayed and irrigated all season long. I’d love to partner with someone who has the farming passion and knowledge. The business/marketing side is my jam, plus providing the land and water. Or, I’d joyfully lease this space to the right person and be your biggest supporter.

Currently not used. In previous seasons this area was used as part-time grazing pasture for two horses and a couple goats.

Soil hasn't been sprayed, currently covered in orchard grass as cover crop. Good quality soil from the horse manure.

3-sided horse shelter that can be used for packing or used to store equipment. Open to building another shed/outbuilding or bringing storage container onto premises if needed.

Zoned Multiple-Use Agriculture with irrigation rights. So no restrictions on farming. I'd prefer low impact or no-till farming practices to limit machinery and impact to the area.
