This land is a total of 10 Acres although only ~2 acres is available currently. It has water rights but needs some TLC in getting it back into farming land. The property was previously an organic family farm that included a Christmas tree farm and fruit tree orchard. It was most recently used to grow hemp (I am no longer interested in leasing this land for hemp grows). This property also has a barn that could be used in the future for farm equipment ect. The property has a seasonal irrigation ditch with water rights, seasonal creek running along one side, wetlands, ponds as well as bordering a year round creek.

To keep the integrity of the land with wetlands, natural ponds and creeks as well. To have small livestock such as chickens and goats to help blackberry and weed control.
