2 of 6 acres available for rent on south facing land, sloped but there are 2 areas 1/2 acre each that are flat or mostly flat, the rest is gently sloping.
Soil is Tillamook variety. Deep rich humus laid over volcanic rock. A creek borders one side, and there’s a waterfall. Currently there is a need to get goats to remove the blackberries or alternately one could pick all the new leaves, dry them and sell tea. But I think goats are more practical. There is space for chickens, geese, rabbits etc. I have not built a coop yet but I do have much of the materials. A well designed coop is necessary because the Tillamook forest borders the rear of the property and there are a lot of animals that would be happy to find a snack on their land: Elk , deer, cougar, coyote. For this reason I bought enough chicken wire to cover overhead.
Enclosed gardening is best, like plant starts or mushrooms in a greenhouse/shed… due to the deer, etc.
Space for RV. Rent negotiable depending on what sweat equity you want to contribute or arrangements we agree to.

To get it cleaned up and ready for building a greenhouse, shed, coop and small house.
In addition to poultry/rabbits I want to build: a hobbit hole type meditation room in the hillside with small windows hidden by vines so that one can observe elk and wildlife, a bath-house with a hot tub and cold tub in another spot on property.
zoned residential, I'm in process of cleaning it up to build a greenhouse, poultry coop and small house.
well water. no water permit for ag use.
Tillamook, deep, humus
40ft storage container that I can share for storage

We have a well, we don't have a special water use permit meaning what we grow is for our own family and friends consumption - not for sale. Rainfall here is 90 inches per year, most things don't need additional water. The temperature is not as extreme as Portland because of the Pacific ocean's influence (Tillamook is 15 minutes away by car). Property is 1.5 hrs away from (East side of) Portland.
I appreciate the diversity that exists on this planet and value life, I enjoy learning about other cultures and practices. I treat others with respect and kindness.
