Leasing 160 acres of productive Woodburn and Amity soils between Corvallis and Monmouth. Water rights are negotiable.
The far is not presently organic, but chemicals have been used sparingly and straw has been flailed and left on the soil.
Lease for farming.
Uncertain at this point.
Mostly for grass seed. The land has grown Japanese radish, cabbage, alfalfa, clover, primrose, wheat, rye, barley, and oats.
There are water rights and two existing dams on the property. The rights are presently leased to the state, but that lease is expiring, so they could become available.
Woodburn and Amity soils, well drained with tile lines.
Barn and sheds
We would consider selling some farm equipment
We prefer little or no use of toxic chemicals and pesticides and conservation of the soil and nutrients.
We are open to discussing crop management practices.
