12 acres for lease with access to stable and water trough for farm animals in Brownsville/Halsey area

Hi there,

I have about 12 acres of land available for lease in Brownsville, OR.  In the past, the land has been used to grow grass/hay and for sheep to graze the pastures.

I’d like to find someone to either bale the hay, plant a new crop, or create a livestock grazing contract.

There is a water trough available but not irrigated.  We would need to get a new water pump if we wanted to create irrigation.

The stable has a few large pens and we could make stalls for alpacas, horses, miniature horses, sheep, goats, and dairy cows.

Owner’s Short Term Vision for the Property

To find a farming partner to lease a section of the land. Ideally, this partner would be someone fun and easy to work with or communicate with.

Owner’s Long Term Vision for the Property

In 10 years, I hope to have an orchard and more animals on the land on the 8 acres I will use and to have farming partners for the other acreage.

Current Use

The property is on 20 acres. Right now the property is only used to grow grass/hay and for sheep to graze.

We have 3 alpacas.

In the next year, we anticipate creating a crop
