We have 13 acres of land near Oregon City. The land has a meadow, forest, creek, pond, 3 animal corrals, large chicken coop, 8 large garden beds, many established fruit trees.

Looking for someone to who wants to collaborate on farming the land. Open to many ideas.

There is a shop and room on property, open to tiny home or RV additions.

Owner’s Short Term Vision for the Property

Ideally we are looking for someone to live on the property and take over the farming and animal care. Most of the infastrucutre is in place. We would like to collaborate and help someone (maybe you) bring their goals to fruition on the land.

Owner’s Long Term Vision for the Property

Incubatory for new farmers to create and explore. We'd like to create a small functional farm growing food, flowers, and medicine, and raising animals.
