1/2 acres of irrigated land

Description

We have 18 acres in Dallas and grow Christmas trees, Christmas tree seed orchard as well as olives trees.  We don’t want to replant Christmas trees in a 80 x 250 ft. area of Salkum soils. This is the best soils on the place. We have irrigation available from our pond. We would like to research if this piece of ground could be rented, leased or otherwise used by a local small farmer.  We are exiting out of  u-cut Christmas trees and planting a small olives orchard and growing olive trees in our greenhouse.  As we go along, we expect more land to be come available.  The farm is not organic
