New Leaf Greenhouse is a local grower and wholesale supplier of high-quality flowers and seasonal plants serving the Portland Metro area. We specialize in vibrant, locally grown blooms for retailers, grocery stores, schools, churches, and community fundraisers.
As we expand our footprint across Beaverton, Hillsboro, Portland, Forest Grove, and surrounding areas, we are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help bring our products to more wholesale buyers and retail partners.

This role is primarily field-based sales. You will visit local wholesalers, grocery stores, florists, garden centers, and retail shops to introduce and sell New Leaf Greenhouse products. You will build new accounts, maintain strong relationships with existing partners, and represent our brand professionally in the community.
You will work closely with the greenhouse operations team to understand product availability, seasonal cycles, and pricing.
Visit wholesale and retail accounts locally to promote and sell our flowers and seasonal plants
Develop new business relationships across the Portland Metro area
Maintain strong communication with existing customers
Present product availability, pricing, and seasonal promotions
Coordinate orders with greenhouse operations team
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing
Assist with sales forecasting based on customer demand
Support seasonal fundraising partnerships and community programs
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Previous experience in B2B sales, wholesale sales, or retail account management (horticulture/floral experience preferred but not required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to understand seasonal product cycles
Local market knowledge of Portland Metro is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
