Winston, OR — Part-Time or Full-Time for the Right Fit

We’re seeking 1–2 versatile, all-around farm crew members to join us as we transform 20+ years of land legacy into a thriving hub of regenerative agriculture, agritourism, and hands-on education.

About Us
Olalla Creek Haven is a 21-acre farm located in the stunning Klamath Mountains ecoregion. Our farm is home to vegetable gardens, a mini-orchard, a greenhouse, and a 6-acre hayfield. We also have a short-term rental on site for future educational and agritourism guests. We envision hosting weddings, farm-to-table cooking experiences, and educational clinics ranging from veterinary and farrier skill set training to river-to-table foraging and sustainable living skills.

The Role
We’re looking for qualified applicants with previous experience managing and operating an agritourist farm business. Someone who can roll up their sleeves and dive into a variety of tasks, and help manage and improve the farm.

  • Manage and support general farm operation activities
  • Care and maintain the 6-acre hayfield and 1-acre vegetable garden and orchard
  • Care for the barn cats (current) bees, hens or ducks, sheep, or goats, and horses (future livestock)
  • Provide general farm and grounds maintenance
  • Support agritourism and events
  • Assisting with workshops and on-site educational programs

Ideal Candidate

    • Experienced in regenerative farming practices
    • Skilled and excited to help launch an agritourism operations
  • Passion for sustainability, land stewardship, and community building
  • Flexible, self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Comfortable interacting with guests and sharing farm knowledge
  • Comfortable with varied daily tasks and working outdoors
  • Bonus: experience in carpentry, pluming, electrical, event coordination, or marketing/social media
