We are a larger family with 5 boys and have had a dream of having our own farm some day.

• We hope to be able to gain experience and insights hands on.
• We are looking to farm sheep, cows, and or bees.
• We currently raise backyard meat rabbits and hope to expand to other animals.

I helped out on my uncle's small hobby farm in high-school as a live in farm hand helping mend fences and move cattle.
I currently raise meat rabbits.

What are your short term goals for the land

Our short term plan is to establish and set a breeding stock and learn the commitments of farming. We also desire to set up a website to market our product.
To start we will be selling direct to consumer.

What are your long term goals

Our long term goal past 5 years is to be an established farm and selling to local stores and restaurants.

If the property is close to us we have no housing needs.

What will you do as a farmer to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone on your farm and in your community?

Though people may have differing backgrounds, we are all human and deserving of kindness. I believe in sharing learned knowledge and listening to knowledge shared by others.
We volunteer when we can in our community, usually through 4-h.
