I am veteran that is interested in rotational, regenerative small farming. I am thinking of raising Dexter cows, Idaho Pasture Pig, fowl, and Flemish Giant rabbits. I am looking for a place that I could lease, lease to buy, or buy. Would like a place that has housing.

What features of the property are essential?

water rights, on-site sewer, on-site private well, irrigation structures, barns/structures, pasture, woodland, electricity would be nice. Electricity and internet or the ability for internet, Well / water, sewer / septic a must

I have raised rabbits for meat since 2011 and have raised chickens for eggs during that time as well.

What are your short term goals for the land

I would like to start a small Dexter cow heard and a breeding pair of IPPs. would also like to try my hand at raising ducks and geese as well as chickens mostly for eggs but might try for meat as well. also want to continue to breed Flemish Giant rabbits and produce meat.

What are your long term goals

continue breeding Dexter cows , Flemish Giants and IPPs but add breeding stock sales
