I am looking for land to garden for vegetables and flowers and grow fruit trees and raise chickens.  My daughter and I co-own a dog sanctuary in AZ and we are bringing a few with us.

We are looking for long term and also the possibility of purchase down the road.

I can do remodeling and pretty handy with simple irrigation ideas.

Electricity, water, shelters.

Describe your farming experience

I have worked on a berry farm, cared for the horse and donkey, chickens and roosters and developed a simple irrigation system. Backyard farmer.

I have also farmed a small garden to work at the local weekend markets.

What are your short term goals for the land

I would like to learn and develop my gardening skills and techniques. Build appropriate structure for gardening and raising egg-laying chicken and acquire couple goats.

Would like to be contributing back to the community and turning profit by the end if 5 years.

What are your long term goals

I would like to be totally efficient and providing jobs and learning opportunities for members of the community.

Also having locals involved in the dog sanctuary and training of the dogs for wounded soldiers and other therapy dogs.

Describe your housing needs

I would like to be able to put up two eco-friendly yurts; one for myself and one for my daughter.

We would also need shelter for the rescue dogs.
