I am looking for a partner to help start a organic vegetable farm, who have the ability and experience, can help me make plan, manage employees, open up the market, so we can work together to create a co-owned farm business.
I bought the farm last year, it is 60 acres, approximately 50 acres in irrigated pasture and hay, lease to a dairy farm next door, certified organic by WSDA. It is one-year lease, so we can use 6 acres for now, it can be expanded next year if things go well.
I used to be a criminal defense lawyer in Beijing. I want to do some better work, and I am concerned about food safety and health, so I decided to set up an organic farm one day. After that, I learned about Sir Albert Howard’s indore method, Masanobu Fukuoka’s natural farming, and Bill Mollison’s permaculture.
I think, if organic agriculture movements always depends on selfless dedication, It will not really succeed, it need to be successful in business. So I want to set up a profitable permaculture farm, It can be used as a demonstration site for education and agritourism.
So, If you are entrepreneurial thinkers, business minded and driven. and want to start a organic farm, tell me about your plan. I think we have a good chance of cooperation.
P.S. There is a 1800 sqft three bed rooms house on the farm
