We raise on approximately five acres fruit, berries, and vegetables for the local farmers market and stores. We have invested in approximately 9 acres of grafted walnuts, chestnuts and filberts. We have several passive greenhouses that we use for warm season crops. We have also recently started a significant mushroom log operation.
Our guiding focus is to farm as sustainably as possible, always using organic methods, to create a diverse permaculture operation. We also have enrolled considerable acreage in the Conservation Reserve and work to create a diversified riparian boundary planting.
We have and 1.5 inch gravity spring overflow and irrigation rights from Fiddle Creek.
