~10 acres farmland for lease in Douglas County with possible housing

I am looking for someone to lease farmland in Douglas County Oregon near Glendale Oregon. There is 1 acre parcel on one lot and another ~8 acres of a separate parcel of land with in 10 minutes of each other. I am looking for someone who would be interested in building and managing a community based project on the 1 acre which is part of an established community. I am looking for someone interested in having 2-3 goats to help manage weed/blackberry control on the properties.

On the other ~8 acres I am looking someone who is interested in crop-share or hybrid lease. There is a possibility of housing in a 1 bedroom mobile home or (approved) RV/Tiny home on the 1 acre. The RV space includes water, Septic, trash service.  There is a credit and background check required.
