Lease for trade/partnership: 11 acres in Grants Pass

Ardencraig is a historic estate located five miles from Grants Pass on 27 acres, that include 11 acres of water rights. We are in the process of renovating the gardens, pastures, and woodland. We are seeking help in expanding and managing our beginning intensive rotational grazing program on our pastures to improve soil quality while producing food for self-consumption and outside sales.  We would also like help to further develop our vegetable and fruit garden areas.  We have a newly remodeled cottage on the property that is a two bed one bath and has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The cottage would be part of the trade for partnership.  The trade would also lend itself to developing the surrounding gardens, medicinal garden, and woodlands.  We have great soil and water, so the possibilities are endless.  We have access to the Applegate river and have a running creek through the property.  We are working to make Ardencraig as sustainable as we can and would like to implement permaculture practices wherever possible.
