Land Lease: 2-5 acres in Amity, Oregon (Yamhill/Polk County- Willamette Valley)

Rich Farmland in the Willamette Valley

2.5 to 5 acres available for lease in the rich farmland of the Willamette Valley. Our property is surrounded by farms and vineyards, and located about 20-25 minutes from both Salem, Oregon and McMinnville, Oregon. The property includes pastureland, a large barn, a barn for livestock. Salt Creek runs through the property and we (the owners) have approximately 3 acres of water rights. A recent soil sample indicated that the Ph is approximately 7. There is a large barn that houses only a small workshop. Plenty of space to store farming machinery and supplies. Land is available early this fall.
