For lease/partnership: up to 4 acres in the Aloha area (west of Portland)

Description

We have about 4 acres available for lease/partnership in the Aloha area. The land was previously a grassy pasture for horses and is fenced. The land has a very slight slope to the west. We are looking for some type of partnership that allows the farmer to be successful. We do not have a well; we have water from Tualatin Valley Water District.  One acre was cover cropped last year and tilled this year. There is some space in a barn for equipment storage. There is no housing on site. We are looking for an experienced farmer who wants to enlarge their operation.
