We would like to sell the whole 96 acres. However we feel that it may be a better sale to split it all up to make it more enticing to potential buyers. We are in an EFU 80 zone so the only way to make this happen is to set up long term 50 plus 50 renewable leases. So in effect the property gets sold to a new owner and they can build and loan and do pretty much whatever they want.
