For Rent or Share Cropping 3-5 acres near Scappoose

I live on a 10 acre lot near Scappoose with nearly 5 acres in meadow.  I have a small test vineyard of table grapes and a home garden.  There are various possibilities to use  more of this land and I would welcome a creative approach to using more of the land.  I have a well on the property and some equipment (tractors, mowers).  I am retired and would consider sharing land for help on the land, simply renting a portion, or other reasonable arrangements.
