For Partnership: Have Land, Want Partner for Vineyard or Winery 5-20 Acres in Portland

Description

We have set aside 5-20 acres of our 84 acre farm on south facing gentle hillsides to plant a vineyard.  We have water, power and some heavy equipment (bulldozer, load, backhoe, trencher, drill/auger, etc.).  We are looking for a partner with expertise in growing grapes to partner with.

The property is a beautiful piece of land with rolling pastures and forested areas. It overlooks northwest Portland and is only 10 minutes from the center of downtown. The location allows an operator to be close in to the major population center of the Portland metro.

We would like to hear from experienced partners that are interested in vineyard or winery.
