We raised our three daughters on the property and have recently moved to Bend, Oregon for work and high school. We hope to keep the property for our retirement, 15-20 years down the road. In the meantime, we’d like the property to be growing things and for people to be enjoying the land and the water and the view. Shaw is a small island–about 200 people–with a lovely little K-8 school and an active community of small farmers, artisans, carpenters, retired people, and others.
