For Lease or Partnership, 1-8 acres in Cornelius, OR

Description

Hi There!

My name is Natalie and I have a beautiful plot of land in Cornelius, OR (Washington County). Formerly a horse ranch, the land has sat unused for the past few years. There are about 9 acres of usable land, I have already started vegetables, berries, fruit trees, and some cover crops.

Amenities: South facing; well and some irrigation;  solar and grid connection; tractor; greenhouse (50’x 15′); horse barn; hay barn.

I am very interested in permaculture, biodynamic, and organic farming practices. Would like to raise chickens, possibly other livestock as well. There is just too much land for me to farm on my own so I am looking for someone who would like to lease or partner with me to develop a viable farming business.

Currently there are no accommodations for someone else to live on the land, but I would like to put in hook-ups for a RV/tinyhome. Or if you have a rig that is self-contained that could work too.

So excited to meet you and get farming!
