Year around creek and spring with agricultural water rights. Surrounded by Blm, Weyerhaeuser, and a 3000 acre ranch, you will truly feel out in the wilderness, while town (Cottage Grove Oregon) is only 7 miles away. Eugene is only 25 miles.
This land is fenced, and has a 1 acre corral. No barn, but logs can be provided for a pole barn.
Goats are my number one preference, as they could organically take care of the brush, but like I said, I am open to many ideas.
