The field is gently sloping and receives its water from the Rogue River, water right established in 1977. Historically in hay, the field has never had any chemicals applied. There are several outbuildings for storage and a very small cabin overlooking the field that could also be leased.
The property has been in the family for four generations. We have a seasonal rental cabin business with guests from all over the world. We are looking for a farmer who would become part of the community we have here.
We expect to continue to use the property as we do now.
currently it is fallow
1977 water right from the Rogue River for 12.8 acres.
unknown
several storage buildings
irrigation pumps and pipes for use
None that we know of. There is a BLM scenic easement but it wouldn't impact farming. We are not interested in the cultivation of hemp.
We have been in the hospitality business since 1985 and entertain a diverse and interesting group of people who enjoy our property for its access to the river, abundant wildlife and walking trails.
