Turning the hay field into a produce, berry and herb and spice gardens as well as Wild crafting the forest.
Future Vision: To incorporate 1 to 4 Ancestral Permaculture Villages that would grow culturally specific crops from seed exchange programs.
Hay field, two motorized wheel lines and approximately 30 hand lines with 8 water distribution risers down the field. In a separate area there are 16 fruit trees (apples, peaches, plumbs, pears); 2 walnut trees; small produce and herb garden; blueberry, strawberries and raspberry starter garden. Firewood and woodworking from felled trees.
Original Lake Bed soil mix. Field has always been used to produce hay which is watered from East Evan's Creek direct mountain water (property is Exclusive Farm Use with full water rights and dedicated power pole and pump). There is also a seasonal mountain stream and pond.
There is a newly build Agricultural Building (aprox 1000 sq') for processing, storing, selling produce and hay. It has a newly graveled parking lot and a cow corral with cow squeeze.
There is a 5200 sq' General Purpose/Agricultural Building (workshop, tractor storage, mechanic bay etc.)
There is a 2400 sq' residential building and a 2 car parking garage which will house a Urban Commercial Certified Kitchen in the the future.
There is a manufactured Green House (aprox. 12' x 8' ) and shed and another 3 storage sheds. These are all within the 1 acre residential plot.
Possible lease: Tractor with bucked and 3 way PTO and various attachment (e.g. forklift, grader, tiller, box scraper, hay turner etc.). Woodworking shop, metal shop, welding shop, office etc. Wheel lines, creek pump, dedicated power, and water delivery system with hoses, adapters, couplings, sprinklers etc.
Exclusive Farm Use (EFU) and approximately 165 feet (20' wide/ 3' deep at low point in season) of water rights to East Evan's Creek mountain water.
